What are the personal disciplines an individual needs to successfully launch and run a business?

  • An internal locus of control is a vital element in an entrepreneur, leading to them being self-disciplined and driven. There is nobody that will watch over him/her except themselves.
  • A true desire to provide exceptional service and a passion for clients is also required.
  • A strong quality focus is also necessary and tenacity is a must.
