I’m all for flexi-time as a business owner, but doesn’t working at different hours/locations isolate staff?

Flexible and touch-down workplaces are excellent places to network and make new professional connections, something most entrepreneurs agree is important for start-ups. According to Regus research, 71% of business people in South Africa say flexible working fosters useful business connections.

Internally, flexible and mobile work patterns can foster better communications within a team, since conversations and meetings are no longer left to chance. If you do have staff working remotely or flexibly, schedule regular feedback calls, video chats, and face-to-face meetings or social events.
