I always have this list of goals but I never seem to achieve any of them. What am I doing wrong?
It’s really great that you have a list of goals for your business. The first thing you need to do is review them regularly. This can be every six months, quarterly or monthly, whatever works for you.
Break down your goals into manageable steps. So instead of having one big goal you have several, smaller ones that are more achievable.
Find someone to partner who also has goals they want to achieve. You can encourage each other and monitor one another’s progress.
