The first Cash Flow Rejuvenation workshop, hosted by Intelstrat, has been created in response to one of the biggest issues many entrepreneurs and SME’s struggle with: Cash flow management and real profit growth.
“We wanted to help entrepreneurs, SMEs and management teams to really unlock the potential in their businesses,” explains course designer and facilitator Andrew Bahlmann. “We want to give business, particularly SMEs, a competitive edge.”
What you’ll get
The workshop has been designed around taking an innovative look at how cash flow, cost management and profitability are all intertwined.
Questions that will be asked (and answered) over the course of the day include:
- Where is the value in your business?
- What are the triggers in your business that can unlock more profit and cash flow?
- How productive and efficient are you?
- What is your cash flow strategy?
- How much cash do you need to have in the bank by December 2013?
Who should attend?
The workshop is geared towards anyone who is interested (or responsible for) growing profits, including all business owners, entrepreneurs, management teams, sales directors, financial directors and managers.
