Telkom Business Digital Subscription Offer Terms & Conditions of Use

  1. This offer is intended for select, existing Telkom Business customers exclusively, by invitation only
  2. Entrepreneur Media SA, Telkom Business and its partners reserves the right to stop or cancel this promotion at any time
  3. The offer is based on a first come, first served basis. The progamme will be closed once the target number of sign-ups has been achieved
  4. The period of the free digital subscription is limited to nine consecutive issues
  5. The subscription is limited to digital delivery via the Zinio platfom
  6. Entrepreneur Media SA, Telkom Business and its partners cannot guarantee that the digital subscription will work on all tablets, smart phones or desktops

Entrepreneur Media SA (Pty) Ltd, holds the South Africa to publish Entrepreneur magazine and Entrepneurmag.co.za under license from Entrepreneur Media Inc. based in the US.

Entrepreneur magazine, first published in April 2006, a ‘how-to’ guide, offers innovative and practical solutions for entrepreneurial business owners and managers, with editorial pillars including entrepreneurship, management and strategy, sales and marketing, wealth creation, motivation and self-improvement for business.

Entrepreneurmag.co.za is a hub of content concerning practical advice on starting and growing a business.

2. Use of this Site

(“Entrepreneur”) makes available the following for your use on its website: information, documents and products (collectively “Materials”) subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document (“Terms of Use”). You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. E-Commerce: Delivery Policy

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Subscribers outside of the Republic of South Africa will not be accepted at this time.

New subscribers to this magazine can expect to receive the magazine within 6-8 weeks from the date of subscription. If there is a subscription gift applicable, it be posted by registered mail within 4-8 weeks of subscription, the magazines will be posted by regular mail.

6. E-Commerce: Refunds/Returns Policy

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. In terms of a cancelation of a 12 months subscription, Entrepreneur Media SA (Pty) Ltd will require 20 business day’s written instruction/notice from the subscriber of cancellation of such subscription, to be received by a Entrepreneur Media SA (Pty) Ltd representative. The subscriber will remain in debited to Entrepreneur Media SA (Pty) Ltd for all amounts owed to Entrepreneur Media SA (Pty) Ltd prior to date of cancelation. The subscriber will be refunded for the balance of the contract. The refund will be transferred into the same account that the subscription was originally paid for from.

7. Payment Options

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We accept credit card payments via the website and on request will supply our banking details should you wish to make payment via EFT or

Direct Deposit.

8. Security Policy

8.1 iVeri (Nedbank) process all credit card transactions. All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. The company registration documents and the site’s registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate iVeri (Nedbank) to obtain confidential information.

8.2 iVeri (Nedbank) is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. 11. Copyright

All Materials found in the Website are protected by trademark, copyright or other intellectual property laws. Any commercial use of the Services and/or Materials found on the Website is strictly prohibited, without the express, prior, written consent of Entrepreneur Media SA (Pty) Ltd and/or Entrepreneur Media Inc. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Services and/or Materials not in accordance with the terms set forth herein is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
